delicious variety renovated rooms helpful staff

the restaurant served a delicious variety of food. i enjoyed the breakfast options. rooms were recently renovated and looked great. the staff was very respectful and helpful. mr mohammed barkat gave me a fast check-in process.

check in took a while because of a mix up with the bookings , but it was quickly resolved.

Superb Stay

huge pools amazing sauna good service

The pools are huge. I saw bars inside and at the pools. The sauna was amazing. Staff brought out a cake for my birthday and sang. It was so nice. The service was good, with plenty of choice and great quality.

The only guy on the waves pool bar was grumpy.

The personnel were always smiling. Staff were always willing to make the guests comfortable. One employee arranged baklavas for me, and they are delicious. The cleaner decorated the room daily with artful finishing touches.

unanswered phone phone issue

ebrahim hassan, the lifeguard, was helpful and put towels on the beds. he always seemed happy to help guests.

i tried calling the hotel several times before my stay, but no one answered. this made it hard to get my questions answered and felt very frustrating. i wonder if that phone even works!

wow! excellent stay!

friendly staff perfect cleanliness relaxing atmosphere

the cleanliness was perfect. the staff was super attentive to every request. the overall atmosphere made for a super relaxing and amazing vacation. everything was just amazing!

the only minor inconvenience was the limited selection of international tv channels in my room.

the room was cleaned to a very high standard everyday and included lovely comfy pillows! the location was near soho promenade, a beautiful area.

the beach is stepped, steep steps down to a small piece of sand.

Really good Service and Wonderful Amenities!

warm welcome friendly staff fantastic activities

Mohamed Baraket gave us a very warm welcome. He was helpful throughout our stay! We really enjoyed all the food and the pools available at the hotel. Staff members were very friendly and helpful, especially Ahmed Rageb. He were really good. The ZegZeg Sharm Vita Pool entertainment team had fantastic activities every day. The pool was always packed with volleyball and aqua aerobics, which I loved!

repetitive food lukewarm food

I found some aspects needed improvement. the air conditioning on the mountain side was motion activated. i often woke up uncomfortably warm. the food was frequently repetitive and often not hot enough. The beef stew was served too often.
